1. Terms and Conditions


1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Automotive Education Hub mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Duotesting s.r.o (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1.2 Eligibility and Accounts
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a membership account.
1.3 Services Provided
  • The App provides online tests and, for paid members, access to free online courses offered by third-party providers.
  • We do not control or own third-party content. Access to such content is subject to the terms of the respective providers.
1.4 Memberships and Payments
  • Certain features of the App require a paid membership (“Subscription”).
  • Subscriptions are billed on a [monthly/annual] basis unless cancelled.
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card details.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
1.5 User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

  • Cheating or falsifying test results.
  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling content without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

1.6 Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, and software within the App (except third-party content) are owned by or licensed to us.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.7 Third-Party Content
  • The App may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
1.8 Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of test results, or availability of third-party content.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Subscription in the 3 months prior to the claim.
1.10 Termination
  • You may cancel your Subscription anytime via your account settings or app store.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
1.11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Olomouc.

 

2. Privacy Policy


2.1 Information We Collect
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party payment providers (we do not store card details).
  • Usage Data: Test activity, subscription status, course access.
  • Device Data: Device type, OS, app version, IP address, diagnostics.
2.2 How We Use Information

We use your data to:

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Personalise your experience.
  • Communicate updates, offers, and support.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy


3.1 Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
3.2 Cancellation
  • Cancel anytime via your account settings or app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).
  • Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
3.3 Refunds
  • Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Refunds must be requested through the app store.

3.4 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription fees. Changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
